      The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and will be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Administrative Support:
        • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
        • File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
      • Office Management:
        • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items.
        • Maintain office equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshoot failures; call for repairs; monitor equipment operation.
      • Communication:
        • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
        • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
      • Coordination:
        • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, personnel, and housekeeping.
        • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
      Qualifications:

      Education:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

      Experience:

      • Proven administrative or assistant experience.
      • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).

      Skills:

      • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
      • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong organizational and planning skills.

      • Professionalism and discretion.
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
      • Reliable and punctual.
      Physical Requirements:
      • Ability to sit for long periods.
      • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
