      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the department, including managing calendars, meetings, and communication
      - Process, record, and maintain documents and files in compliance with departmental and company requirements
      - Arrange travel plans and reservations for staff, including tracking expenses and mileage
      - Respond to and resolve internal and external customer inquiries and complaints
      - Support onboarding processes and coordination of meetings and off-site events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D)
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative role for a large or mid-size company
      - Proficiency in using common office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
      - Prior work experience in an insurance environment preferred
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively communicate with team members and management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Prior experience supporting an IT organization
      - Experience supporting executive-level leaders such as Sr. Director and above
