- Manage call schedule via Qgenda and key point of contact for outside hospitals.
- Responsible for all provider template design and changes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Altos, EPIC, and social media web platforms.
- Work closely with leaders and other staff members on special projects they may be assigned
- Other duties as assigned.
New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) is seeking a full-time Monday-Friday 40 hr./week Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team. The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by managing physician and APP schedules, coordinating time off, and handling on-call coordination across multiple hospitals. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Clinical Operations group including but not limited to the notifications to care teams around patient hospitalizations and be the key point of contact for our patient experience platform.

Job Duties:
Travel: This position is a hybrid remote/onsite position. Infrequent travel to other clinic locations may be needed for coverage and meeting purposes.
