What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support managers and department staff through various tasks related to organization and communication
- Maintain knowledge of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Direct and lead the work of others
- Answer and direct phone calls, organize meetings and schedules, produce and distribute correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, assist with projects, and provide direct administrative support
- Perform duties in an office environment, satisfying all job-specific obligations and complying with organization policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience required
- Communication, computer literacy, and office administration skills
- Ability to work independently

- Additional certifications or licenses in relevant field
