Job Description
- Req#: 2575
- Prepares spreadsheets from start to finish and gathers numbers for statistical reports
- Makes initial intake phone calls and sends emails with Fastrack link
- Receives and processes a minimum of 20 applications per month submitted to the Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA) program as obtained through established procedures
- Assists with Salvation Army special events to include outreaches, kettles, Angel Tree, Toy Shop, Summer Camp, Disaster Relief, etc; this may include administrative detail, assistance in planning, leading, participating as needed/directed.
- Two-year degree or equivalent college coursework , and
- four years progressively responsible experience performing administrative work in a general office, or
- any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

About this opportunity:
The Administrative Assistant/Case Worker relieves the department head of administrative detail and administrative operations, functions, and duties. This position will also perform Case Worker duties like processing client applications for electric assistance.
