What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level administrative support to Executive Directors and cross-functional teams
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor-related activities
- Organize and facilitate large meetings, both on-site and off-site
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested by leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree and 2 years of administrative experience, or 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience, or High school diploma/GED and 4 years of administrative experience
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of administrative support experience within the employer, supporting large teams
- Proficiency with employer systems, technologies, and platforms
- Experience supporting remote staff
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve logistical challenges
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
