      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate travel arrangements for faculty and staff, including managing logistics for flights and accommodations
      - Process purchase requests for various departmental needs, ensuring compliance with procedures
      - Manage scheduling for leadership, including organizing meetings and maintaining accurate records
      - Assist in planning campus events, handling logistics such as room reservations and catering
      - Support special projects and provide additional assistance to departmental staff as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED and at least six (6) years of experience in program coordination, office administration, or customer service
      - Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle for moderate travel
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of experience in a related field
      - Experience with Workday or similar administrative software
      - Previous experience in a healthcare or community health setting
      - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
      - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
