      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate travel arrangements for faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with procedures
      - Process purchase requests for various departmental supplies and items
      - Manage scheduling for leadership and coordinate meetings while maintaining accurate records
      - Assist with planning campus events, including logistics and guest management
      - Support project administrative needs and contribute to team efforts for operational success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED and at least six (6) years of experience in program coordination, office administration, customer service, or a related field
      - Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car for moderate travel
      - Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of experience in a relevant field
