      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for financial and regulatory aspects of grants and clinical trials management
      - Coordinate with pre-award/post-award staff for budget creation, submission, and management of research grants and contracts
      - Manage travel expenses, purchase requests, and reimbursements for grants/contracts
      - Monitor and manage clinical trials budgets and allocations for research staff
      - Assist with faculty administrative tasks including calendar management and credentialing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus two (2) years of administrative or grant support experience, or
      - Associate's degree plus four (4) years of administrative or grant support experience, or
      - High School diploma/GED plus six (6) years of administrative or grant support experience
      - Proven experience in managing budgets and grants in a healthcare setting
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with clinical trials management and regulatory compliance
      - Familiarity with Workday and other administrative software
      - Previous experience in a healthcare or academic environment
      - Skills in creating and managing budgets for research projects
      - Ability to assist with academic publications and grant submissions
