      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for the Foundation Administration team within Institutional Advancement
      - Process and manage donor gifts, including coding checks for deposit and preparing entries
      - Handle inquiries from donors and other stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency
      - Manage gift processing inventory levels and perform related administrative duties
      - Maintain effective communication and coordination with all areas of Institutional Advancement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of administrative support experience, OR an associate's degree with four (4) years of experience, OR a high school diploma/GED with six (6) years of experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and experience with information systems or data systems
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs
      - Ability to follow oral instructions and manage multiple tasks
