      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate office activities with the office manager and other professional staff
      - Assist with updating the Hematology scheduling system and communicate changes to physician schedules
      - Maintain monthly on-call physician schedules and communicate them to relevant groups
      - Gather information for credentialing processes for Pediatric Hematology Faculty
      - Manage IT inventory and assist with organizing meetings for residents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years of general administrative office support experience, or
      - Associate's degree plus four (4) years of general administrative office support experience, or
      - High School diploma/GED plus six (6) years of general administrative office support experience
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
