What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support for the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Allergy and Immunology
- Assist with financial and contract/regulatory aspects of grants and clinical trials management
- Coordinate with pre-award/post-award staff for budget creation, submission, and management
- Manage travel expenses, purchase requests, and reimbursements related to grants/contracts
- Oversee office operations and support faculty members with calendar management and other administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus two (2) years of administrative or grant support experience; or
- Associate's degree plus four (4) years of administrative or grant support experience; or
- High School diploma/GED plus six (6) years of administrative or grant support experience
- Proven experience in managing budgets and contracts related to research
- Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with clinical trials management and grant submissions
- Familiarity with Workday or similar financial management systems
- Knowledge of ACRI processes and compliance requirements
- Experience in a healthcare or academic setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
