- Assists in the cultivation, contracting, and maintenance of community partnerships that provide meaningful service opportunities for students in RHCHP. Supports the creation and implementation of project descriptions, student reminders, reports, site communications, etc. Community partner contracting includes Project Description, Scope of Work, and Memorandum of Understanding.
- Assists in the implementation of community partner impact assessment and data reporting.
- Coordinates logistics, scheduling, reservations, communication, marketing, printing, website updates, supplies, etc. for department, courses, and events. Co-manages department and curricular supplies for Service Learning with Senior Director (event, curricular, office supply orders, receiving, inventory, supply room coordination, check out/in process).
- Manages all service learning compliance requirements in collaboration with schools, division, and compliance staff. Provides compliance reports for attestation letters.
- Provides logistical coordination and support for multiple events, health/wellness related events, Community Partner Appreciation Lunch, service learning student/site projects, etc. Provides event statistics following each event.
- Manages and supports the RHCHP Service Learning GivePulse database in collaboration with Senior Director and others as necessary. GivePulse management includes course/event creation; registration management; registration rosters; student hours/impacts management and verification; impact rosters; data import/export; data management; fielding communication and questions by students, staff, faculty, and others; ongoing design and training for Regis University.
- Manages and supports other software, such as Colleague, Complio, SurveyMonkey, SignUp Genius, Zoom, My Clinical Exchange, Qualtrics, etc.
- Co-manages student project funding (including budget requests and reconciliation, online purchasing, cash reimbursements, gift card tracking/purchasing, etc.).
- Attends/participates in committee meetings, related meetings, and events as necessary.
- Performs and coordinates various office duties including, reception, answering phones, taking messages, receiving/greeting visitors, copying, scheduling appointments/meetings, mailings, correspondence.
- Contributes data, information, testimonials, etc. to quarterly and annual Service Learning reports.
- Collaborates on assigning work study students’ work/activities (when employing work study students).
- Assumes responsibility for communication in the absence of the Senior Director.
- Participates in RHCHP events, meetings, activities as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support Service Learning, Global Health Pathway, RHCHP, and the Regis mission.
- NOTE: work requires occasional weekends and/or evenings.
- Provides logistical coordination for Global Health Pathway, including new student application process, new student and faculty orientation, advising, domestic and international immersions, semester events, Capstone, etc.
- Supports Global Health Pathway international and domestic immersion registration, compliance, participant forms and requirements, travel documents, logistics, scheduling, Regis travel software, communications, immunizations, insurance, etc.
- Coordinates and makes travel arrangements for students and faculty.
- Coordinates supplies for clinics, immersions, events, office. Manages inventory, ordering, clinic supply bins, exam tables, etc.
- Co-manages Global Health Pathway software, files, documents.
- Attends and participates in Global Health Pathway committee meetings and works collaboratively with the Global Health Pathway committee chair and Senior Director.
- Provides administrative support for Global Health Pathway committee.
- Co-create and manage Global Health Pathway supporting documents such as handbooks, planning documents, website, forms, etc.
- Contributes data, information, testimonials, etc. to quarterly and annual Global Health Pathway reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support Service Learning, Global Health Pathway, RHCHP, and the Regis mission.
- NOTE: work requires occasional weekends and/or evenings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Training and continuing education in related responsibilities and requirements.
- Minimum of one years’ experience in related technology use and database management.
- Minimum of two years’ administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ organizational and logistics experience preferred. Ability to work independently as a “self-starter.”
- Strong computer software skills that may include Microsoft Office, GivePulse, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Zoom, WorldClass, Colleague, Complio, SignUp Genius, and other platforms, databases, and organizational software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a variety of stakeholders. Copy and content editing skills.
- Strong skills in customer service with all constituents, correct use of the English language (spelling, grammar, proofing), proficient office applications (copier, Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneDrive, database management), proficient in computer/software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with colleagues, students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

The Service Learning/Global Health Pathway Administrative Coordinator in RHCHP works with the Senior Director of Service Learning and Global Health in the programmatic and logistical implementation of the Service Learning and Global Health Pathway programs in RHCHP. For the Service Learning program, the Administrative Coordinator works collaboratively with Senior Director, community partners, vendors, Regis departments, and students in the areas of programmatic/curricular and event logistics, GivePulse and other software management, site placement communication, internal and external-facing marketing, internal and external reservations, communication, and student site compliance. This staff member also supports the Global Health Pathway, working directly with the Senior Director and Global Health Pathway Committee Chair, in coordinating the programmatic and logistical deliverables and requirements, new student and faculty onboarding, logistics for events, domestics and international immersion registration and logistics, travel planning and coordination, committee meetings and deliverables, etc.
