What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the SoTL Center
- Manage logistics and communication, including scheduling and tracking budgets
- Draft newsletters and contribute content for the Center’s website and social media
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide logistical and organizational support for affiliated projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a Related Field preferred
- 3-5 years of administrative support experience required
- 2-3 years of leadership-level support experience required
- Proficient in office productivity software, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels
