      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Senior Vice President, including proactive calendar management and adaptability to changes
      - Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the SVP, creating detailed itineraries and briefing documents
      - Represent the department professionally and build effective relationships with Executive Coordinators
      - Organize team events and ensure smooth onboarding of new team members
      - Handle other administrative tasks, including expense report submissions and budget oversight

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a high school diploma plus 3+ years of senior administrative experience supporting executives, or 2 years of related experience with an AA degree
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Teams
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
      - Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
      - Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of related experience with an Associate’s degree or higher
      - Experience managing significant executive travel in a dynamic work environment
