What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for program directors
- Organize schedules to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external communication
- Draft and send correspondence, emails, and memos
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in fast-paced settings
- Strong organizational and time management skills with task prioritization ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High school diploma or GED required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field
- Prior administrative experience in a similar setting
