      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Cross Connection Control division, including issuance of backflow permits and processing payments
      - Coordinate and monitor program activities and meetings
      - Maintain personnel reports and assist with timekeeping
      - Retrieve and manage data for various administrative tasks
      - Prepare documentation and correspondence related to inspections and permits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent in business or a related field
      - Two years of advanced administrative support experience
      - Valid, unrestricted North Carolina driver's license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of hire
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Access
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with MUNIS and LDO software
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
      - Positive attitude and strong communication skills
      - Experience working with plumbing, fire, or utility contractors
      - Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
