      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, ensuring smooth operations
      - Act as a project manager for special projects, coordinating presentations and information dissemination
      - Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements
      - Handle executive correspondence and manage confidential information
      - Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card charges accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 3+ years of prior administrative experience supporting executive-level professionals
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate professionalism
