      Pay range: $15/hr. - $17/hr. based on experience

      Responsibilities

      Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5pm

      JOB SUMMARY

      • The Administrative Support is responsible for the overall coordination of the clerical operations for the Care Group Team.
      • Performs complex and diversified projects in support of the activities for the assigned areas.

      Qualifications

    • Education/Regulatory Requirements:
      • High school or the equivalent preferred.
      • If level 2 must a) Associate Degree in related area and minimum of 3 years’ experience in business office. b) Proficient with healthcare terminology.
    • Skills:
      • One year experience working in business office and/or hospital unit, preferable.
      • Ability to type 45 correct words per minute.
      • Mastery of essential office skills, superior organization, and effective communicator.
      • Must have basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry - excel spreadsheet experience a plus.
    • Professional Requirements:
      • Impeccable customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
      • Sensitive, compassionate, caring, efficient, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
