What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee multi-state placement navigation across all programs, ensuring appropriate referrals
- Conduct comprehensive clinical screenings considering various patient needs
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to develop system-wide placement protocols
- Track, analyze, and report on referral trends, acceptance rates, and barriers to placement
- Serve as a centralized point of contact for complex referrals requiring collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, human services, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of behavioral health, mental health, or admission-related experience in a multi-site or high-acuity setting
- Experience with multi-state behavioral health regulations and payor systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed clinical professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, PLPC, etc.)
- Experience in a specialized residential treatment facility
