What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field admissions inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for families seeking care
- Collect and document relevant data into the employer's proprietary EMR software in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to address the needs of patients and their families
- Build relationships with referring providers and act as the "expert" in the employer's services
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance while managing sensitive information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in mental health admissions or a sales-related role
- Degree in psychology, business administration, or other health-related fields preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Key analytical abilities to collect, analyze, and utilize admissions data for improvement
- Excellent organizational, adaptability, and conflict management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
