      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chats
      - Schedule appointments and provide detailed information to prospective students about admissions
      - Conduct follow-up communications with prospective students throughout the admissions process
      - Utilize CampusVue to effectively track and monitor prospective and new students
      - Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the goals of the College

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience in recruiting and sales
      - At least two years of experience in a business or educational environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
      - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasional travel to other campuses

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CampusVue or similar tracking systems
      - Previous experience in admissions or recruitment within an educational setting
      - Strong customer service skills with a customer-friendly demeanor
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
      - Familiarity with higher education policies and procedures
