      BRANCH OVERVIEW

      The Provincial Identity Information Management (IDIM) Program is a team of 50 plus staff – corporate identity specialists, technical and architecture staff, service delivery and operations staff, and our security and onboarding staff – based in the Service BC Division.

      IDIM offers a scalable identity and credential management service that provides the high level of security and privacy required to conduct government business, both internally and via the internet. We architect identity solutions, lead large transformation projects and oversee onboarding to our services. We also operate IT infrastructures and offer responsive service support. We do this all-in support of a citizen centric approach to identity information management.

      JOB OVERVIEW

      This position reports to the Team Lead of the Senior Business Analyst team, developing training plans aligned with new or changed policy, legislation, or standards. Plans, designs, and administers a variety of training programs and learning activities to various ministry staff and vendors to meet user needs and certification requirements.

      Job Requirements:

      • Technical diploma in adult training or education or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
      • One (1) year experience in either government or the private sector in training and education management, including training development issues.
      • Preference may be given to applicants with two (2) or more years’ experience in this area.

      About this Position:

      This is a temporary opportunity until December 23, 2023. This opportunity may be extended or become permanent.

      Remote work is allowed, this position can work up to full time from their home in British Columbia subject to an approved telework agreement. The locations listed above are to assist applicants in searching for this opportunity and are not a complete list of locations.
