What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and evaluate multiple existing and new adult education projects to ensure compliance with budgetary and programmatic requirements
- Collaborate with workforce and educational agencies to enhance project development and implementation
- Analyze and interpret fiscal and programmatic data for compliance with funding requirements
- Monitor multiple grants and budgets effectively
- Communicate budgetary and programmatic matters clearly to team members and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related specialty area
- Four (4) years of professional-level experience in the required specialty/subject area
- Knowledge of budgetary, procurement, and contracting processes
- Ability to effectively use standard desktop software, including Office 365 and project management tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A Master's Degree in Education or a related specialty area may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis
- Experience in grant management and adult education programs is preferred
