Job summary
Neighbourhood teams within Leeds Community Healthcare provide care and support to people so that they can stay as well as possible for as long as possible in their own homes. There are 13 Neighbourhood Teams spread across the city. This role is to work within our Neighbourhood Teams. Working closely with Clinicians by supporting with administrative duties.
Main duties of the job
Daily activities will include: Supporting with allocation of work Ordering Equipment, Liaising with Leeds Equipment Service Manging stock/equipment Booking transport Booking appointments Taking staff and third-party calls [occasional calls from patients] Managing waiting lists Processing patient referrals Managing Email mailboxes Neighbourhood Admin Teams work 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 07:00 17:00. Post holder will be required to work Monday to Sunday 7.5 hours shifts of 07:00 15:00 or 09:00 17:00. Job is primarily base at Halton Clinic; however, the successful candidate must be willing to travel citywide to support where required.
