Location: Remote
Duration: 1 Year (Possible extension)
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary
Advanced Analytics Analyst / Power BI Developer responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPI reporting, and analytics solutions supporting R&D and business operations in a medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly)
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build semantic models and shared datasets
• Create and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations
• Standardize KPI and metric definitions
• Improve report and dataflow performance
• Monitor workspace refreshes and troubleshoot issues
• Write SQL queries and validate data accuracy
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams
• Support sprint planning and backlog activities
• Participate in Git version control and code reviews
Core Duties
• Power BI dashboard development
• Data modeling & semantic model design
• SQL & Snowflake data analysis
• KPI reporting & performance optimization
• Analytics troubleshooting & support

• Cross-functional interaction with R&D teams
• Regulated medical device industry environment
Required Skills
• Snowflake exposure - 5+ years
• Power BI development - 5+ years
• SQL query development - 4+ years
• Data modeling / Star schema - 2+ years
• DAX & Power Query (M) - 2+ years
• Medical device industry experience - 1+ years
• Git / branching / pull requests - Preferred
Preferred Skills
• Medical device industry experience - Preferred
• Regulated environment exposure - Preferred
• Power Automate - Preferred
• Power Apps - Preferred
• SharePoint Lists - Preferred
• Performance tuning
