      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide patients through the employer's services using a patient-centered approach
      - Respond to patient needs via emails and phone calls in a timely manner
      - Troubleshoot equipment problems and make recommendations for improving quality of care
      - Ensure accurate order processing and follow-up with delivery expectations
      - Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and create cost savings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
      - Two (2) years of work-related experience for senior-level positions, including one (1) year of exact job experience in a Medicare certified environment
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment
      - Ability to recognize weaknesses in existing systems and offer creative solutions
      - Proven decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
