What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide patients through the employer's services using a patient-centered approach
- Respond to patient needs and maintain exceptional customer service
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and provide solutions over the phone
- Process orders received via various communication channels in a timely manner
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles, customer service, claims, or billing
- For senior level, two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
- Exact job experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or management role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Medicare billing processes and regulations
- Ability to learn new technologies and possess technical aptitude for data systems
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
