- Design complex, high-quality problems and scenarios within your area of expertise
- Contribute to the creation of datasets that improve AI model reasoning and accuracy
- Apply domain knowledge to ensure technical correctness and depth
- Review and refine content to meet high standards of clarity and rigor
- Collaborate in a remote, asynchronous environment while adhering to structured guidelines
- PhD in a STEM field from a university in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Europe (e.g., Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in English
- Ongoing role starting in April with rolling applications
- Expected commitment of 15-20 hours per week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours per week
- Fully remote with a flexible, self-managed schedule
- Short interview (approximately 20-30 minutes) to assess domain expertise and communication skills
- Competitive compensation based on experience and specialization
- Weekly payments via supported global payment platforms
- Independent contractor engagement
- Work must not involve sharing confidential or proprietary information from any current or previous employer or institution
- Projects may be extended, modified, or concluded based on performance and business needs
