Advertising & Promotions Manager
This role leads the development and execution of advertising, promotions, and brand initiatives across North American operations, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B/B2C marketing within large-scale manufacturing environments and excels in translating business priorities into high-impact promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and direct advertising policies and promotional strategies aligned with business, sales, and technical goals
• Develop and oversee print, video, digital, and POS collateral, ensuring brand alignment and quality control across all assets
• Lead creation and approval of marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, web content, and dealer toolkits
• Manage brand presence across trade shows, events, media relations, and internal dealer initiatives
• Collaborate with sales leadership on campaign priorities, messaging, and media channel selection
• Own and manage annual advertising and promotions budget, with full campaign planning responsibility
• Negotiate and manage vendor, agency, and sponsorship agreements
• Direct execution of partner marketing programs including design, item fulfillment, and promotional rollouts
• Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and report results to department leadership
• Supervise team members and project contributors as needed to meet deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in advertising, brand promotion, or integrated marketing roles
• Prior work experience in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects from concept to execution

• Digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
• Web CMS (WordPress, Sitecore)
• CRM and email systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Constant Contact)
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI)
• Trade show logistics software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Budgeting and forecasting tools
• Digital asset management (DAM) platforms
Preferred Skills
• Manufacturing or industrial sector marketing experience
• Experience leading multi-channel campaign strategy and vendor management
• Familiarity with dealer networks and B2B marketing ecosystems
