What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and develop potential client lists with contacts for sales representatives
- Own and optimize the CRM system, ensuring clean and actionable data
- Manage and maintain email drip campaigns and automation flows
- Research and integrate AI tools for prospecting and lead enrichment
- Identify and automate repetitive sales tasks, handing off sales-ready opportunities to the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have personal camping experience and knowledge of the camping community
- Proven experience managing a CRM system
- Experience in qualifying leads and running drip campaigns
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales processes
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the sales team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing email deliverability and sender reputation
- Ability to build dashboards and monthly reports showing sales activity
- Knowledge of emerging sales AI trends
- Experience in developing and maintaining email automation flows
