What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and develop new business to meet specified production goals
- Communicate company services to new clients and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Complete contracts for business advertising, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time
- Maintain and nurture existing large client relationships
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent, with one to two years of experience or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and make timely decisions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and PDF documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or advertising
- Proven ability to make successful presentations to individuals and groups
- Knowledge of calculating figures and amounts related to advertising contracts
