      We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Author to join our digital content team. The AEM Author will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing web content using Adobe Experience Manager to ensure a consistent and engaging digital experience for our users. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AEM migrations, content strategy, attention to detail, and experience working within AEM environment.
      Key Responsibilities:

      Create and manage digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
      Update and maintain website pages, components, and digital assets based on business and marketing needs.
      Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to publish high-quality, engaging, and user-friendly content.
      Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and web performance metrics.
      Troubleshoot content issues and perform quality assurance to ensure content displays correctly across devices and browsers.
      Work with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems to manage media and assets.
      Assist with content migration and publishing schedules.
      Provide feedback on AEM component usage and suggest improvements to enhance content creation efficiency.

      Key Must Have Skills

      Proven experience (2+ years) working with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites).
      Strong understanding of Client content structuring, metadata, tagging, and page templates.
      Familiarity with Figma and JIRA
      Understanding of Amplitude Analytics, Semrush
      Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
      Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
      Strong communication and collaboration skills.
      QA and testing experience
      Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
      Understanding of UX/UI principles
