      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the North America Aerospace Program and ensure compliance with AS9104 and ISO 17021 standards
      - Conduct AS9100 and AS9120 audits as an AS Lead Auditor
      - Collaborate with business teams to enhance customer services and resolve certification conflicts
      - Monitor audit package turnaround times and manage NCR submissions
      - Provide training and support to auditors and internal resources on aerospace standards and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a relevant discipline
      - Certified and experienced Lead Auditor for AS9100 and AS9120 standards
      - Direct experience in Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, or Process Control for major aerospace organizations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven time management skills and strong attention to detail

      - Experience in commercial aerospace environments with a focus on client needs
      - Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct Policies
