What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and related products
- Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters regarding CAS products and procedures
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training for mapping and other solutions
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
- Serve as an effective representative of the employer in interactions with physicians and support staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
- Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing, sitting, or walking for up to 8 hours a day
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
