What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all related products
- Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters regarding products and procedures
- Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac mapping and ablation solutions
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and strategize potential sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or an associate degree plus 4 years, or a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally outside of it
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with physicians and support staff
- Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a related technical field with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
- Proven experience in technical training assignments
- Background in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
