- Servicing Havas Group and direct blue-chip clients
- Closely monitor all affiliate programs daily and be proactive flagging anomalies so these can be addressed in a timely manner.
- Be the first line of support for clients and publishers connected to their programs.
- Understand and plan according to the business objectives of each client in a portfolio.
- Report on client KPIs and make recommendations for growth.
- Propose new publisher recruitment opportunities to grow clients.
- Support with the creation of forecasts, optimisation, and development plans
- Align with advertiser support to make sure that all support tasks, such as newsletters, banner upload etc. are done efficiently and accurately.
- Book exposure/placements for new campaigns accurately and in a timely manner
- Implement tracking requirements across affiliate campaigns.
- Promote and help to sell new product development features to your portfolio of clients.
- Understand our best practice approach to affiliate marketing (we’ll help you with that!)
- Presenting performance updates to clients and internal teams on a regular basis
- Ensuring accurate reporting based on client specifications and KPI’s.
- Overseeing accurate and timely billings and reconciliation
- Keeping up to date with the latest changes in the affiliate landscape
- Delivering work within deadlines and within scope
- Providing diligent, consistent attention to the administrative aspects of the job
- Logging time accurately and regularly via the company time management platform
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of company technology, products, and services
- Monitoring and analysing campaigns to deliver rich insight to clients and drive optimisation.
- Monitoring and analysing competitor activity.
- Previous exposure to Affiliate marketing desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Interest in digital and performance media.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Affiliate Executive to join our Performance team. This is an exciting role that will work across a portfolio of some of the UK’s biggest brands across retail and automotive.
Principally, we’re looking for this person to support with campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery, analysis, reporting and evaluation of clients’ affiliate, lead generation and app activity. You will also be working with our preferred supplier network and will be a key conduit in maintaining these relationships.
As you develop, you will gain client exposure through weekly / monthly meetings and will have the chance to feed into roadmaps and strategic plans.
A strong head for numbers and an analytical, inquisitive mindset will be important. You will work closely with both the Affiliate Director and Manager, and will be given thorough training, support, and guidance to help you learn all aspects of affiliate marketing, and a development roadmap to help you truly flourish at Havas.
