      Position Summary

      The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing affiliate marketing initiatives that drive efficient lead generation and revenue growth. This role manages partner performance, ensures alignment to cost and volume targets, and builds productive relationships that support scalable, high-quality acquisition.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Manage the day-to-day performance of assigned partners and campaigns. Ensure volume, CPL, and overall cost of marketing are tracking to plan.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliates. Run recurring check-ins, maintain consistent communication, and keep partners aligned on expectations and performance.
      • Stay close to the data, identify trends, flag issues early, and highlight opportunities to improve performance across partners and markets.
      • Help identify and onboard new affiliate partners. Support ramp and early performance to ensure new partnerships are set up for success.
      • Support forecasting, pacing, and budget tracking to make sure spend is aligned with targets and distributed effectively.
      • Ensure partners are following content, compliance, and brand guidelines. Support audits and help resolve issues as they come up.

      Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

      • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, social, native, and programmatic. Experience with bath remodeling, home improvement, or similar installation-driven services.
      • Naturally curious with strong analytics background.
      • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
      • Optimization mind set with a belief in never ending improvement.
      • Enjoys an environment that is fast paced and constantly changing.
      • Detail-oriented with the ability to catch inconsistencies and errors in data.
      • Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.
      • Positive, team oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

      Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

      Bachelor's degree or a Combination of education, training, and experience.
