      Overview The AFH Europe QSR Senior Manager will lead the QSR agenda in Europe across several key areas. This includes overseeing tenders for new markets and renewals of existing business. Additionally, they will collaborate with Business Units (BUs) on various initiatives such as annual joint business planning, activation programs aimed at increasing incidence and marketing value, and promotional activities. For centrally managed accounts, the role involves developing marketing activation plans focused on driving incidence and marketing value. Furthermore, the Senior Manager will ensure the seamless execution of new product launches and MEM solutions. Moreover, the role entails leading the central development efforts for Global QSR accounts across Europe. This involves conducting workshops to enhance account management, foster business development, centralize and share best practices, and support the deployment of WCCE (World-Class Customer Experience) for accounts in all territories. Additionally, the Senior Manager will drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) agreements and ensure compliance execution. This role will likely oversee accounts such as Amrest, Subway, and McDonald's. Responsibilities Channel Senior Manager for QSR EUR within the Away from Home Sector CoE reporting to AFH VP and functionally to QSR Director. Lead customer RFP processes and tenders to win new business. Define role of the channel / customers and align senior stakeholders internally to drive business growth and brand building agenda. Leverage mix of commercial and marketing to win in market place. Full mandate responsibility for P&L development and customer negotiation, pending PEP GM approval. Responsible for alignment of the Sector Customer plans with BU plans Internally define, evaluate & identify the customer priorities to capitalise on the opportunities & then establish alignment with BUs for seamless execution Engage with Global Leads to ensure alignment of plans and deploying best practices Work with the markets to define challenges and opportunities that feed into the Sector/Global plans for the account Provides strong account governance and stewardship for the key accounts Partner with Global Foodservice team to manage key global accounts in a consistent way Share Best Practices with BUs to ensure skill transfer & sustainable improvements that drive business growth Develop ESSA wide activation plans to support beverage & snacks growth and support all new market roll outs. Work with Marketing Teams and Operations/MEM to launch customized products innovation for the Channel/Key Accounts Qualifications Sales and negotiation experience - Foodservice and cross category experience an advantage. Fluency in English and another European language would be advantageous Result and Service oriented Passion for Excellence in deliverables Ability to deal with many different cultures Ability to interact with Senior Executives within the Company as well as outside Strong interpersonal skills and business credibility Influencing and diplomacy skills, while being firm if needed Ability to set priorities and to focus on these Anticipation and pro-activenessEfficiency and ability to work very quickly Creativity and inventiveness Strong communication and alignment skills
