- Support dealer sales teams in customer visits to enhance Great Plains product sales.
- Implement sales training programs for dealership personnel.
- Organize and participate in grower meetings, demonstrations, field days, and open houses.
- Utilize company ordering systems to maintain optimal dealer inventory levels.
- Drive revenue growth by developing the territory, replacing inactive dealers, recruiting new ones, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely product orders and inventory availability for dealers.
- Address unresolved service issues with dealers and growers.
- Attend annual sales meetings for product knowledge and personal development.
- Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or minimum two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the agricultural sector
- Proven success in the ag industry in North Dakota, Minnesota, or nearby regions
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Residency within the designated territory
- Willingness to travel extensively (over 50% of the time)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 - Territory Manager – Great Plains Ag - Territory Location: Minnesota and North Dakota - The Great Plains Ag Territory Manager is tasked with collaborating with dealers in North Dakota and Minnesota to promote and sell Great Plains agricultural equipment and products. This role covers 24 dealer locations, which may include major lines like John Deere, Case, New Holland, or AGCO, as well as independent short-line dealers. - The successful candidate in this role will be self-driven individual with a strong agricultural background. - Extensive overnight travel is required for this role. - Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
