Job Title: Procurement Manager, Advertising Agency Management

As a Procurement Manager, Advertising Agency Management, you will support category strategy development and associated initiatives for all agencies and some key vendors for the Oncology Business Unit. You will partner with franchise/function marketers to meet marketing objectives and establish outstanding agency partnerships.

Accountabilities:

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for category management and vendor management supporting activities and operational practices driving performance. You will collaborate on the OBU specifics for development of regional and global strategy execution recommendations. You will establish positive relationships with key partners and agencies to drive improvement across service, quality, timeliness, and outcomes. You will lead compliance, governance, and value tracking activities. You will also lead sourcing-driven activities, negotiations, support peak contracting and reviews, including Project Management.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

- Bachelor’s Degree is required

-Demonstrated experience in a procurement/sourcing environment, agency, vendor management or agency management/operations role
- Proven experience and subject matter expertise in marketing related spend categories and activities
- Clear understanding of holding company structure
- Prior agency management experience is helpful, strategic sourcing, vendor management, agency operations, agency management.
- Previous work in the Advertising Agency industry is helpful, but not required
