What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot various sales technology-related technical issues over the phone or via email
- Conduct virtual meetings to assist with software setups and resolve related problems
- Provide guidance and solutions to field issues with sales technology tools
- Log calls and issues while documenting resolutions and follow-ups
- Analyze and respond to emails in the technical support queues, ensuring exceptional customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent 4 years of related work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic software support experience
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or related software
- Willingness to work during Central or Eastern time zone business hours
