What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and design AI-driven solutions that enhance workflows and customer satisfaction
- Lead the design of conversational AI interfaces, ensuring they are human-centered and aligned with customer branding
- Create prototypes to visualize and test interaction flows, using tools like Voiceflow or Botsociety
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement conversational agents on the Salesforce platform
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience of AI interfaces
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep understanding of conversation design principles, NLU concepts, and user experience design
- Strong user research and empathy skills to design customer-centric AI solutions
- Experience with conversational prototyping tools and familiarity with prompt engineering for Large Language Models
- Experience with Salesforce products, particularly Service Cloud and AI-powered automation
- Excellent writing and dialogue scripting abilities, with strong collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications in conversation design, AI voice interfaces, or Salesforce design systems
- Experience engaging with C-level executives on AI and UX strategies for large-scale projects
- Proven ability to facilitate design workshops to gather insights and shape product offerings
- Understanding of agent-to-agent and agent-to-human ecosystems
