What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development of software infrastructure for agentic systems
- Build relationships with other AI/ML and data infrastructure community efforts
- Ensure compliance of research activities with regulatory policies and procedures
- Lead the definition and documentation of requirements for agentic systems and scalable applications
- Solve complex project administration challenges and guide data collection and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a college or university degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant job discipline
- Knowledge of principles of API design and service deployment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with project planning and reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading the design and development of AI/ML projects
- Proficiency in programming with Python and training large-scale ML models
- Familiarity with high-performance computing and distributed data management
- Expertise in building modular, dynamic workflows for agentic systems
- Understanding of collaborative agent patterns within larger systems
