What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, sprint reviews, and daily scrums
- Coach team members in Agile principles and values
- Facilitate effective internal communication and collaboration among teams
- Support Agile transformation for non-scrum development teams
- Guide development teams to achieve higher scrum maturity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience as a Scrum Master for multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Familiarity with software development processes
- Strong communication and servant leadership skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Scrum Master certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coordinating multiple teams
- Ability to teach Scrum methodologies to others
- Experience in coaching other Scrum Masters
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
- Familiarity with ALM tools such as Jira and Digital.ai Agility
