      Agile PM /Scrum Master Responsibilities:

      • Act as a servant leader to enable the team to achieve the project goals
      • Focus on the working methods, tools, and team performance
      • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
      • Be the scrum process authority, ensuring that the values, principles, and practices are enacted and followed
      • Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing delivery approaches and adequately factor in contingency for unplanned delays
      • Be an agent of change for the team and the organization
      • Ensure the team is able to work effectively
      • Support the team to be self-organizing and more productive
      • Anticipate upcoming/priority Project and other resource/logistic risks
      • Be a driver of continuous improvement and encourage an experimentation mindset
      • Drive clarity into technical implementation by driving design discussion with the team
      • Provide business context to engineers as required and competently represent your team's systems to others both inside and outside the organization.
      • Ability to quickly identify and remove impediments to drive completion of various milestones while effectively managing expectations
      • Able to manage resources in a cross-functional environment and proactively coordinate resource allocation and all necessary testing with project team members including the business
      • Establishes positive relationships with business customers and provides recommendations to improve process efficiencies.
      • Actively manages risks and issues for assigned projects and when necessary, escalates issues to management’s attention for guidance in reaching a resolution

      * Within Minneapolis, MN area. Must be in the office 3 days a week, 2 days can be remote*

      Required:

      • BA / BS Degree with preference towards Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems desired
      • 5+ years as Scrum Master in IT Project Management experience in agile delivery
      • Certified SCRUM Master certification Mandatory (CSM)
      • Experience managing enterprise application development projects with Microsoft Technology (.NET, SharePoint, BizTalk, BI, CRM, D365 Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps etc.)
      • Experience as a PM with Microsoft Dynamics CRM product understanding
      • Experience with JIRA dashboard to track sprint progress
      • Must have excellent Project Management skills with a proven track record in delivering projects on schedule and within budget
      • Must have good business acumen
      • Must have excellent knowledge of project planning, project margin, resource planning, project execution process, UAT etc.
      • Must have good people management and conflict management skills

      Preferred:

      • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI certification
      • Familiar with Microsoft TFS and Azure Dev OPS
      • Experience in handling team of size 15 or more
