      You know what it takes to become a trusted advisor and will contribute to the development and implementation of Lean/Agile Portfolio Management Practices that will uplift our organization by: connecting strategy to execution; increasing transparency to foster insights and improve collaboration; improve planning maturity; and ensure excellence in Product execution and outcomes.

      Job responsibilities

      • Contribute to the development and implementation of a Portfolio Management framework including practices, methods, and cadence to achieve superior and consistent results
      • Drive organizational maturity in Agile Planning above the Team/Sprint/Story Level
      • Support the successful adoption of Quarterly Planning
      • Promote empirical thinking through the thoughtful identification and evaluation of relevant trends and insights
      • Help define and implement Portfolio hygiene standards to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data analysis
      • Coach teams and leaders to foster continuous improvement
      • Help Product optimize flow from Ideation to Execution

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Strong knowledge and experience with Lean/Agile frameworks, methodologies, and practices
      • Seasoned coach and influencer with top notch communication skills
      • Practical experience in Program and Portfolio management in an Agile context
      • Analytical, problem solving mindset
      • Able to translate complex concepts into clear, digestible presentations
      • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across various functions and levels

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Familiarity with Atlassian's Jira Align Product or similar Portfolio Planning Tools
      • Experienced with formal Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR
      • Developing and delivering training in support of process and practices
      • Experienced in implementing Agility at Scale
