JOB/ROLE DESCRIPTION
HealthCare Experience Required working with physicians groups
Experience with IT Implementations in the healthcare industry
Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
Strong English speaking and writting skills
Project Management: Project Plans, Project Budgets, Project Governance.
ServiceNow SPM module (a plus), SmartSheets (a plus)
Project Coordinator Role to assist Project Manager - tracking tasks, issues and action items
Documents meeting minutes
Required to be on-site to visit physical locations as needed for on-site dilligenceAbout the company
