What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Securely collect, preserve, analyze, and report on digital evidence in complex investigations of Medicaid fraud
- Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams to support prosecutions and civil actions
- Conduct digital forensic examinations both in a lab and on-site during court-ordered searches
- Utilize advanced forensic tools to recover and analyze data, reconstruct user activity, and document findings
- Prepare comprehensive forensic reports and present findings to investigative teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years of experience in investigations, including civil or criminal cases
- Minimum of five years' experience in Digital Forensics
- Magnet Forensics, Forensic Tool Kit, and/or mobile forensics certification
- Knowledge of network computer systems and various operating systems including Windows and Unix
- Ability to apply advanced data analysis and forensic methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with coding, SQL, and other query applications
- Familiarity with electronic storage media and digital forensic software/hardware
