What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and monitor programs related to the International Agribusiness Center (IABC) to support agricultural exports
- Coordinate, operationalize, and report on the Wisconsin Initiative for Agricultural Exports (WIAE) funding throughout its cycle
- Collaborate with IABC staff and stakeholders to implement export initiatives
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with state and federal funding requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in program management, evaluation, and reporting
- Experience with budget planning and fiscal analysis
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership and stakeholders
- Valid driver's license or ability to provide transportation for work purposes
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or education in agriculture, international trade, or economic development
- Experience administering or monitoring programs with compliance review
- Experience coordinating partnerships with external organizations
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases or similar systems
